ACMV Technician

Job Summary:
The ACMV Technician will install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems in commercial and industrial settings. This role is crucial for ensuring that HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet the required safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair system malfunctions, replacing faulty components as necessary.
• Ensure that all installations and repairs comply with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance tasks.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in HVAC or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ACMV technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills.
