Interior Designer

Job Summary:
The Interior Designer will create innovative and functional interior designs for commercial and industrial spaces. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering customized design solutions that reflect their vision while adhering to project budgets and timelines. IDs are the key liaison between the company and client, they play a vital role in fulfilling clients’ needs and desired outcomes. This is a high-commission role that is both flexible and rewarding, do not miss out as limited positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine project requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Develop design concepts, space plans, and layouts for interior spaces.
• Select furniture, materials, and color schemes that align with the client’s brand and functionality.
• Provide quotations to client using provided costing and template.
• Create detailed design drawings and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure design execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any design-related issues that arise.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and materials.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as an interior designer, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software).
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
